Established in 1962, the Beaver Valley Chiefs of Police is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving law enforcement in Beaver Valley.

Our Mission

The Beaver Valley Chiefs of Police Association was organized in November of 1962 and was chartered in June 1964. Currently, the Association has a total of 108 active members in which 48 are life members (having 20 or more years of active service). The purpose of the Association is to promote a close official and personal relationship among Police Officials and Community Leaders within Beaver County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to elevate the standards of police education, firearms training and crime scene investigation by sponsoring workshops and classroom sessions with hands on training for all sworn Beaver County Law Enforcement Officers. Specific attention will be given to managerial and leadership trainings, to benefit the members of this association, their departments and the communities they serve.

In addition to the continued training of Police Officers in Beaver County, the Chiefs Association along with our local Fraternal Order of Police (F.O.P.) Lodges 4 & 26, annually holds a memorial service for all Beaver County Police Officers who made the supreme sacrifice while protecting the Citizens of Beaver County.

The Beaver Valley Chiefs of Police Association is dedicated to provide quality training programs that reflect the needs of the organization and the ever changing environment in which we operate. With this goal in mind and with your support, we will provide our officers with the necessary knowledge and skills while maintaining Tradition, Pride, and Honor.
